Draft text. This note will be removed once the legal review is complete.
This page explains how to delete your data for War Stroke, developed by Webing Yazılım ve Bilgi İşlem Teknolojileri. You do not need to reinstall the game to make a deletion request.
To send a deletion request: write to support@warstroke.net with the subject "War Stroke data deletion" and include your Play Games display name. We complete requests within 30 days at most.
Is there a War Stroke account?
No. War Stroke has no user account of its own and your game progress is not kept on our server. The data to delete is on your device or in Google's Play Games service.
1. Game data on your device
Only you can delete this, because we have no access to it.
- Open the Android Settings app.
- Under Apps, choose War Stroke.
- Under Storage, tap Clear data.
Uninstalling the game also removes this data from the device. Menu names can differ slightly by device. This cannot be undone: your progress, Daily Challenge streak and settings are deleted.
2. Your Play Games data
Scores, your display name and your Play Games profile are held by Google.
- Open your Play Games profile page.
- Go to the Delete account and data section.
- To delete only this game's data, use the Delete button next to War Stroke, or delete your whole Play Games profile.
See the Google Play help page for details. If an entry stays on the leaderboard after deletion, write to us and we will help.
3. Data we hold
The only personal data we may hold is the support email you sent us. We delete this correspondence on request.
- Deleted: your email address and support correspondence.
- May be kept: records we must keep by law, only for the required period. Purchase records are also held by Google under Google's rules.
If we hold nothing beyond support correspondence, we will tell you so in writing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
