These terms govern your use of the War Stroke game, developed by Webing Yazılım ve Bilgi İşlem Teknolojileri ("we"). By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. If this translation differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails unless the law where you live says otherwise.

1. License

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Free content and the Full Version

The game is free to download. A one-time Full Version and separate content packs may be offered later. Price and scope are shown on Google Play before purchase. The game has no ads, subscriptions or loot boxes.

3. Payment and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policies. You can also write to us about purchase problems.

In Türkiye, the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately may be limited under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

4. Your progress

Your game progress is kept on your device. If you remove the game, clear its app data or change devices, your progress may be lost and we cannot restore it.

5. What you must not do

• Copy, sell, rent or distribute the game or its content without permission
• Reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it
• Manipulate leaderboards with cheats or software, or pretend to be another player
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual property

The game's code, art, audio, text and name belong to us or our licensors. Historical events and people are part of public history; the game's own storytelling and designs are protected.

7. Historical content

War Stroke is a game inspired by historical events. Unit numbers, durations and events are adapted for play. The game is not intended as a historical source. See the Content Policy for details.

8. Third-party services

Play Games and Google Play are provided by Google under Google's own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions to those services.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change its content or stop offering it. Our legal duties for purchased content remain. If these terms change, the current text will be published on this page.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and our liability is limited. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, are outside this limit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the legal limits. Mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live remain in force.
